Chief Purpose of this position: 

The Department of Family Medicine and Population Health at Virginia Commonwealth University is currently recruiting for a BC/BE family physician at our Waterside Commons Clinic, located in Prince George, VA.  We are seeking a Full-Time clinician that will be involved in medical student teaching and could participate in departmental research programs.  This position will come with a competitive salary and generous benefit package as well as the ability to earn clinical bonuses.

Position Responsibilities: 

- Provide the highest quality of primary care services to new and established patients in the community.
- Serve on hospital or departmental committees when appropriate.

Required Qualifications: 

- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine 
- Eligible for full staff privileges at VCU Health System
- Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
- Demonstrated experience working in, collaborating and fostering a diverse staff, residents and students through an engaged and emotionally safe approach.
