THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an opportunity to be employed by Ephraim McDowell Health Resources (EMHR), an affiliation with Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center (EMRMC), a leading health care provider in Kentucky and one of the  100 Greatest Community Hospitals in America is looking to expand our ambulatory internal medicine program.

Ephraim McDowell Health has an opportunity to be a full-time Internal Medicine physician.  The physician can expect to work in an ambulatory out-patient setting and can expect to build a busy practice quickly; seeing up to 22 plus patient visits per day.    The clinic support includes a dedicated nurse, office manager, front office staff, a referral and billing scheduler.  Out-Patient service call is minimal.

    Experienced, Board Certified or Board Eligible 

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:

This is a Three-Year Employed Agreement with Ephraim McDowell Health Resources:

• Year One and Year Two: Guaranteed Salary based on local market conditions. 
• Year Three: Base plus wRVU productivity based on local market conditions.

• Paid Time Off - 8 hours accrued per pay period (begins immediately)
