The purpose of this position is to provide general family medicine care and treatment to patients   with the collaboration of a Physician. Patient care includes providing comprehensive medical services for members of the family ages 0 through 99, regardless of gender, within scope of training. Services include but are not limited to: preventive care, immunizations, primary care and treatment, health education, prescribing of medications, ordering and interpreting lab testing, physical examinations, STD screenings, vision/hearing, women s health, family planning, prenatal services, nutrition
