Deaconess Henderson Hospital, part of the highly respected Deaconess Health System, is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our hospital-employed Emergency Medicine team. Prior Emergency Medicine experience or fellowship training is preferred but not required. Position Highlights

• 143-bed acute care facility with modern amenities and strong support staff
• Flexible, request-based scheduling with 9-hour shifts
• Full-time = 15 shifts/month
• Day/Evening/Night options with dedicated nocturnists
• Collaborative Emergency Medicine physician team with full-time and supplemental coverage
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record system

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive average annual compensation: $450,000
• Up to $164,000 in sign-on incentives, including:
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $75,000 student loan forgiveness
• $24,000 educational assistance
• $15,000 relocation allowance
• Full suite of benefits including:
• Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance
• 401(k) and 457(f) retirement options
• CME allowance and paid CME time
