Opportunity Highlights/Requirements:

• 8a-5p Monday-Thursday, 8a-12n Friday
• The opportunity to build a new practice 
• Tailor practice to suit your interests and specifications
• High referral volume from 12+ family medicine practices throughout 3 counties.
  
• Outpatient ONLY
• Completion of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism fellowship 
• Board Certification or Eligibility
