Prisma Health’s Baptist Hospital is one of the Midlands’ premier referral centers. Located in downtown Columbia, our hospital features specialty areas that include bariatrics, behavioral care, endoscopy, OB/GYN, oncology, orthopedics, surgery and urology services. The surrounding campus houses several of the area’s top specialty programs and facilities. The new CRNA Manager will manager, coordinate and facilitate anesthesia services and resources for a service or facility within Prisma Health. Maintains consistency in implementing the hospital policies and practices in a manner that reflects the system's vision, mission, and values. Works collaboratively with anesthesia and periop leaders to ensure a system approach to anesthesia and periop occurs. Serves in a leadership role to exemplify the highest standards and values to all employees and customers. Facilitates compliance with Corporate Compliance and regulating agencies. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of CRNA experience and 2 years of anesthesia management experience preferred.
