At Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, our physicians have been serving the Williamson County community for more than 40 years. As a part of the Williamson Health family of services, our practice has grown to serve the community by way of five locations while employing 17 orthopaedic physicians (including surgeons, a non-operative sports medicine physician, and a physiatrist), 23 advanced practice providers, 12 physical therapists, and three occupational therapists. At Bone and Joint Institute, we specialize in non-operative and surgical interventional of the shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, hand, wrist, and spine and are seeking a highly skilled, fellowship-trained interventional physiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate has the required credentials and skills in interventional spine procedures, along with proven ability to successfully engage with colleagues, patients, and the community while providing exceptional care and outcomes to improve the lives we serve through superior, patient-centered orthopaedic care.
Interventional spine procedures include:
- Epidurals (interlaminar and transforaminal cervical, thoracic, lumbar with fluoroscopic imaging)
- Facet Joint Procedures (intraarticular joint and medial branch block cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
- Radiofrequency ablation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
- Major joint/bursa injections (knee, hip, shoulder, trochanteric bursa, subacromial bursa, pes anserine bursa)
- Intermediate joint/bursa injections (acromioclavicular, wrist, elbow, ankle)
- Minor joint/bursa injections (fingers [PIP, DIP], toes)
- Sacroiliac joint (SIJ) with fluoroscopy
- Genicular nerve block & radio frequency ablation
- Trigger point injection
- Greater and lesser occipital nerve block
- Suprascapular nerve block and radio frequency ablation
- Stellate ganglion (cervical sympathetic)
- Lumbar sympathetic block
- EMG/NCV

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Tennessee and must be board certified (or eligible) in Physiatry
- Medical degree required (M.D. or D.O.)
