Overview:

We are seeking a skilled cardiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in the field of cardiology, utilizing their expertise to diagnose and treat various heart conditions.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough patient consultations and examinations
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
- Develop treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular diseases
- Perform procedures including cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and pacemaker insertion
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on heart health and disease prevention

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Board Certification in Cardiology
- Valid state medical license
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques for invasive procedures
- Experience with Epic or similar EMR systems is a plus
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation
