• Practice: Pediatric ENT (Complex) with a strong referral network
• FTE: 0.9 (part-time)

Position Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in Pediatric ENT at the time of employment
• Licensed in WA state by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
