The family health clinic is a community-based medical home dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services for families in our community.  Our clinic offers a wide range of services, including Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and OB/GYN care.    We are committed to delivering high quality, patient-centered care and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for our staff.   

Schedule :              Monday – Thursday          8:00 AM -5:30 PM                              No Weekends;  No CALL

                                                          Friday                               8:00 AM -12:00 PM

Current Providers:                                              1 MD  ; Adding 1 More Physician to the practice

                                                                                                                1 NP

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Perform routine checkups, health risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests.  Manage chronic illnesses and coordinate care with specialists as needed.    Offer patient education and counseling on lifestyle changes and disease prevention.
