Job Description: Elbowoods Memorial Health Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality healthcare services to the Fort Berthold Reservation. As part of our mission to serve tribal communities, the Physical Therapist will play a key role in improving patients' quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation services. 

Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions and injuries.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and at-home care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current North Dakota Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rural healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for serving Native American communities and rural populations.
