Position Information:

Lee Health is seeking an Associate Medical Director for it's hospitalist program!

This exciting position provides an opportunity for an experienced leader to work collaboratively with physicians and operations executives in providing exceptional patient care. The right individual will have current board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, able to obtain a clear Florida License, and will have strong leadership experience or committee involvement with drive to lead and learn.

Lee Health's Hospitalist Medicine Department is comprised of over 100 Physicians and APPs covering multiple campuses throughout Lee County. This diverse group of talented individuals work hard every day to care for our community. These roles have direct reporting relationships up thru a dyad (Physician and Operations) team for on-going support.

Responsibilities of these exciting roles include but are not limited to: Strategic On-Going Development of the Program, Quality Review and Assurance, Peer to Peer Feedback, Talent Recruitment and Protocol/Policy Review. Furthermore, these individuals will be key players in developing relationships and bridging gaps between specialties in order to remove barriers to care.
