Mount Nittany Health is seeking BC/BE Anesthesiologists / Pain Managment! Join an employed group consisting of 11 physicians and 20+ CRNA s that provide coverage at Mount Nittany Medical Center, a 260-bed acute care facility in State College, PA. State College offers all of the luxuries of a college town including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.
The Position:
- 1 Hospital: Mount Nittany Medical Center
- 12 total OR s and an off-site Surgery Center with 4 OR s.
- 1 OB Suite
- 4 Endo/GI Suites
- 11 FT Anesthesiologists and 20+ CRNA s
- Call is approx. every 6 -7 days (Mix of first call and back up call)
- CRNA Medical Direction Model
- Major Service lines include: General, GU, OB, Spine, ENT, GYN, Plastic, Ortho, Vascular
- Low Peds volume
- No Open-Heart Surgery and No Heads
- EMR: Meditech
Compensation Package:
- W2: $510-540k + benefits and a $20k annual quality bonus
- PTO: 9 weeks
- CME: 1 week
- CME allowance $3,500 annually
- Sign-on bonus: $40k over 3 years
