Obstetrician/Gynecologist Job at Centra in Lynchburg, VA

Women's Health Services of Central Virginia is seeking an additional OB/GYN for our 10-physician OB/GYN practice in Lynchburg, a historic city in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. 

You can expect:
Our 12-hour call schedule is very conducive to a balanced life. Student loan repayment is available.
We practice out of one office and deliver at only one hospital. Our physician-owned office building has on-site ultrasound, lab and mammogram services. While at our hospital, we are supported by 24/7 in-house anesthesia and neonatology services. We have a level III NICU. Our operating rooms are state of the art, including a da Vinci Robot. GYN oncologists from the University of Virginia consult and operate with us one day a week.

Our practice serves Lynchburg and its surrounding area with a population of ~200,000. Lynchburg is a historic town with many outdoor opportunities in the near-by Blue Ridge Mountains. Hiking, biking, fishing and enjoying the mountain streams are but a few of the activities you can enjoy. Smith Mountain Lake is one hour away with sailing, power boating and waterskiing.
Lynchburg is 2 hours west of Richmond, VA, 3 hours south of Washington, D.C. and 2 hours north of Greensboro, NC.
