The Opportunity:

• Join a well-established Primary Care practice with opportunities in Granville and Greenwich, New York
• Support of a full spectrum Medical Group of Primary Care, Specialists and Hospitalist service colleagues
• Strong nursing and administrative support
• On site Medical Imaging, Lab, PT, OT Services
• Cerner EMR
• Full time, flexible schedule
• Telephone call only with average commitment of three weeks per year
• Hospital-Employed Position with competitive compensation, sign on, relocation and full benefits
• Glens Falls Hospital is a 391-bed ANCC Magnet Recognized community hospital and an affiliate of the Albany Med Health System
• Base compensation range based on experience: $228,619-$280,000 + productivity bonus
