Physician Opportunity:

• Full-time hospital employed opportunity
• Salary range: $325K-$485K
• 4-day work week
• 1 OR day (flexibility for full OR day or two half days)
• 20 clinic patients per day
• 8-10 deliveries per month, case mix 50% OB vs 50% GYN
• Deliveries will be performed at the Northwestern Huntley Hospital
• Gynecology surgeries will be performed at the Mercyhealth Crystal Lake Hospital

Crystal Lake Hospital & Multispecialty Clinic:

The new Crystal Lake multispecialty clinic and hospital will be in the same building. In the Crystal Lake clinic, the OBGYN will have 3 exam rooms and large treatment/procedure room attached to a bathroom with full radiology services available, including mammography and ultrasound. The clinic is located 20 minutes away from Northwestern Huntley Hospital (deliveries performed here).

The new multispecialty clinic in Crystal Lake will house 15 physicians employed by Mercyhealth with the following specialties available:

All deliveries will be performed at Northwestern Huntley Hospital, which is a 128-bed facility and a Level 2 trauma center with a Level 2 NICU. The family birthing center includes 20 patient beds with 2 ORs. Babies below 32 weeks are transferred out. There is 24-hour OB hospitalist coverage to handle emergencies.
