We can use part or full-time interest coverage starting ASAP - Summer/Fall 2025. 

WE'RE OFFERING: $364,000/year annual salary for a full-time Hospitalist Physician working week on/week off.  

SHIFT SCHEDULE OPTIONS: Ideally seeking 7 on/7 off.

COVERAGE NEED SUMMARY: 1099 based Hospitalist Coverage. It can be short or long-term, or 1, 2 or 3 year full-time contracts. Low encounter 10hr Day-shifts with light pager call (telephonic only). Block Schedules. 

LOCATION: Eastern Arkansas, about 90 minutes from Little Rock.

START DATES: ASAP - Summer 2025. 

SITE DETAILS: 

• Lower encounters (6-10/shift), no procedures required. 

•10hr day shifts with light pager call that would be telephonic only. 7a-5p on-site. 1-2 admits/discharges per day avg.

• Round, admit, discharge to begin your shift, and then you are free to leave but will be on pager call. Usually on-site for 4-6 hours. 

• Provider will be expected to return to the facility for deteriorating patients or new admissions.

• Specialty Backup: Anesthesiology; Cardiology; CT; Gastroenterology; General Surgery; MRI; Radiology.

• Coverage week block runs Tuesday > Monday.

  • MedHost EMR.

  • Arkansas Licensed, FM or IM Trained Physicians accepted.

PROVIDED: Can offer short-term OR long-term, 1, 2 or 3-year guaranteed coverage contracts. Competitive annual income. A very stable practice setting. Full med-mal with tail insurance.

PS-I can also easily set someone up with an opportunity to speak with someone at the facility to get all the insight needed/ any questions answered.
