Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)in Bolivar, MO is recruiting for additional Geriatricians who love caring for the residents in Post  Acute and Long Term Care Facilities.  Your practice can be 100% based in the facilities or can include an Outpatient clinic component too you choose!

CMH owns 6 award winning skilled nursing and long term care facilities and 1 residential care facility consisting of more than 600 residents, plus multiple other non-CMH owned homes in the area that would welcome you in caring for their Residents.  This is a great opportunity for the physician who loves providing care in award-winning Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.
