Position Summary 

Location- North Babylon, New York. Wedged between the Southern State Parkway and Sunrise Parkway. Close to Belmont State Park and Tanger outlets!

Office Details-The office has 4 exam rooms. Currently, there is 1 other MD at the practice and each provider will work 1 on 1 with a CMA.

Shift requirements- Looking for someone part-time, 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm. Currently no weekend shifts.

On Call- 1 on call day, every 3 weeks. The office does not round at the hospital.

Patient Demo- 50% Commercial and 50% Medicaid

EMR-  Athena

Position Requirements:

• NYS Physician License & Board Certified (BC)/Board Eligible (BE) in Pediatrics
• Will consider new graduates; previous experience working in pediatrics a plus.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to work and excel in a team environment.
• Multi-tasking, flexibility, customer service, time management, organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and quality focus.

All Candidates must have:

• Current DEA Registration
• Pediatric Medical Office or Family Medicine experience preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS a plus
• Experience with EMR systems required; AthenaOne preferred
• High level of professionalism when performing all duties

Compensation Offered (negotiable, dependent upon experience):

Salary - Salary Plan, 180,000.00 USD Annual
