Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care services, including routine check-ups, physical exams, and preventive health screenings.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Health Education: Educate patients about their health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to improve their overall well-being.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing patient care processes.
  • Community Outreach: Engage in community health initiatives to promote wellness and disease prevention.
  • Continuing Education: Stay current with medical advancements and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Licensure: Current and valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts.
  • Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a primary care setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health records and telemedicine platforms.
