• Diverse Responsibilities: Engage in a varied role that includes pediatric admissions, newborn nursery coverage, and Level II NICU responsibilities. You’ll also provide rotational coverage for physicians and pediatricians who do not see their inpatient newborns.
  
• Teaching Opportunities: Contribute to the growth of future healthcare professionals by engaging in teaching with Advanced Practice Providers, Memorial Family Medicine Residents, and Medical Students. Participate in pre-rounds, clinical case reviews, and discussions on special interest topics.
• Collaborative Environment: Join a cohesive Pediatric Department, attending quarterly meetings and actively participating in the monthly Pediatrics Core Care Team as a valued member of our Pediatric Center of Excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $250,000 + Quality Incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• CME Allowance: $3,500
