Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Concord, NH, is a leading inpatient rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy, our team helps patients recover from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical conditions. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology, private patient rooms, and a team of experienced healthcare professionals committed to helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Board-Certified Physiatrist specializing in inpatient rehabilitation medicine. You’ll work with a supportive team of rehab professionals dedicated to restoring function and independence in patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule
- One weekend per month
- Dedicated after-hours call coverage provided
- Manage medical needs, design personalized care plans, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art inpatient setting

What You Bring
- Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Active New Hampshire medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation care and medical management
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for helping patients regain their quality of life
