Family Medicine Physician Job at Centurion Health in Columbus, GA

Since 1997, Centurion Health has proudly served as the healthcare provider to the Georgia Department of Corrections and partner to West Central Georgia Regional Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. Centurion is actively recruiting a full-time employed Primary Care Physician.

The Primary Care Physician provides medical assessments, evaluations and treatment plans for emergent, chronic and routine medical issues in mentally ill patients. This provider will have the opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary collaborative team meetings. In addition, the PCP will supervise one medical Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Schedule: Flexible work week, 40 hours per week. No nights or weekends required. 

Requirements:

• Must have an active Georgia License and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• Current CPR card
• Hospital experience a plus
