Pay & Benefits:
• Competitive Salary, not productivity based $220k - $240k depending on experience/patient panel
• New Docs: Access to Train to Retain program, $1,000/mo. and $36,000 starting bonus

• Coverage on days off 
• Minimal after-hours call
• Vacation- 5 weeks/year
• Holidays- off but paid
• No weekend hours
