Job Title: Pediatrician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our Noriega Street clinic in San Francisco! Our clinics serve a predominantly Chinese-speaking patient population, and we value providing culturally sensitive, bilingual care to the community. 

We are open to 4 or 5 day work arrangements and offer a complete benefits package. Our clinics have a Mom-and-Pop feel to them and we are looking forward to finding the best fit Pediatrician for our team and community! 

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, family dynamics, and individual needs
• Collaborate with the patient’s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress
• Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
• Refer to specialists when appropriate
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of pediatrics residency program
• Board eligible/Board certified
• Unrestricted California Physician License
• Current BLS, ACLS, CA DEA certification prior to start date
• EMR proficiency

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position is located in-office. The office is located at 1518 Noriega Street San Francisco California in the vibrant Sunset district. We offer great flexibility in terms of scheduling!
• The target pay range for this role is $220,000 - $270,000 annually.
