We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team, providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. This role involves delivering high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of pediatric conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and communicating effectively with families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialized care to pediatric patients in both outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings.
- Perform thorough physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and order or conduct diagnostic tests.
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory illnesses, infections, and developmental disorders.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Deliver emergency care and stabilization for critically ill pediatric patients in inpatient settings.
- Educate families on preventive care, vaccinations, and overall child health and development.
- Participate in rounds, case discussions, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Completion of a Pediatric residency program.
• Current state medical license and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families.
