LAKE REGION MEDICAL GROUP, P.A. PRIMARY CARE OPPORTUNITY IN FERGUS FALLS, MN:
Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. (LRMG) is currently seeking full or part-time primary care provider to join their growing department of internal medicine, family medicine, and advanced practice providers.
POSITION DETAILS:
- 100% outpatient work, without inpatient consults (IM hospitalist coverage 24/7)
- Monday - Friday schedule with on-call by phone only, roughly 1:12
- 36 patient contact hours/week at a 1.0 FTE; option for a 3.5-4 day work week
- Limited nursing home coverage if desired
- Flexible patient scheduling and autonomous work environment
- Opportunity to teach medical students, medical residents, and advanced practice provider students as desired
- Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) and can be utilized in clinic
- 6 weeks of time off per year
- Two-year partnership track into Medical Group which allows for additional retirement savings opportunities
- Opportunity to apply for state and national student loan forgiveness programs that have potential to earn over $120,000.00.
- Very generous sign-on bonus and relocation stipend
In-house specialty support: Allergy/Asthma, Otolaryngology, Cardiology, Dermatology, OB/GYN, Optometry, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesia, Chiropractic / Back Care, Certified Nurse Midwifery, Audiology, General Surgery, Pathology, Pediatrics, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Radiation Oncology, and Medical Oncology. Visiting physician services in Neurosurgery (Spine), and Nephrology.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Board certification preferred/board eligibility required
- Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Guaranteed annual salary for the first 2 years of employment with opportunity for additional income based on production hours worked; high earning potential.
- Annual CME reimbursement & paid professional dues and memberships
- Relocation reimbursement
- Sign on bonus with assistance in residency (if applicable)
- 10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan
