Primary Care Physician Leader, 20 hours working with patients + 20 hours of providing oversight to APCs

Qualifications:

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
