Redbird Smith Health Center

The Redbird Smith Health Center is one of nine Cherokee Nation Health Services outpatient health centers located across northeastern Oklahoma.  The Redbird Smith Health Center is in Sallisaw OK, the county seat of Sequoyah County at the southern edge of the famed Cookson Hills and close to I40 and Ft. Smith Arkansas.  Services at Redbird Smith include Chronic/Acute Care, Women's Health, Pediatric Care, Podiatry, Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Dental, Nutrition, Optometry, Contract Health, Diabetes Prevention, Cancer Prevention, Women, Infants, Children (WIC), and Behavioral Health. 

Compensation & Benefits Package with Sign-on Bonus includes:

• Guaranteed Base Salary
• Board Certification add on
• Annual Merit Lump Sum Bonus up to 5%
• Quarterly RVU Bonus
• Supervision of Advanced Practitioners Quarterly Pay
• CME- $4,000 stipend & 40 hrs paid leave (Board Certified)
• Annual Leave (0-3 years: 4 weeks) (4-7 years: 5 weeks) (8+ years: 6 weeks)
• Federal Tort Malpractice Coverage
• Relocation (if applicable) up to $10,000
