Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited U.S. institution.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
Unrestricted Tennessee medical license and DEA. No J1 visas accepted at this time.
