Beacon Medical Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our premier practices in South Bend and Elkhart Indiana. Qualified candidates must be excellent clinicians, have a very strong interest in providing superb care for patients and assist with the development and growth of the program.
Hematologist/Oncologist Job Summary
Beacon Cancer Care’s medical oncology program is a central component of our comprehensive cancer services providing advanced, patient-centered care across the region. Our program has grown rapidly in recent years, with the successful recruitment of multiple new oncologists, the development of a team-based model for patient management, and the launch of new subspecialty programs in lung and breast cancer.
The program emphasizes timely access to care and high-quality outcomes. Clinical trial access, precision medicine, and novel therapies are integral to our care model, ensuring patients benefit from the most innovative treatment options close to home.
Our oncologists work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes surgical oncology, gynecologic oncology, radiation oncology, and supportive services. Strong partnerships with community organizations and academic partners, including the University of Notre Dame, further strengthen our research, education, and program development efforts.

About the Practice
Our medical Hematologist/Oncologist will join a team of dynamic physicians with a robust collaboration with surgeons, radiation oncologists, gynecologic oncologists, and the entire oncology team.
Beacon Cancer Care began a transformational journey in 2023 to foster a robust subspecialty cancer program providing high-quality care and a range of treatment services not currently available in our local market. Committed to achieve this vision, a tactical roadmap has been developed which considers the fundamental building blocks of our program. The recruitment of another partner in medical oncology is a result of this planning and growth within the program.
