Full-time Neonatology  Position:

• Employed  clinical partner with NeoBeginnings PLLC and associated with Hendrick Medical Center
• This location is a Level III &  Level II accredited  NICU.
• Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologist, home call with NNP 24 hour in-house at Level III 

Duration/Hours:

• Full time contract with automatic renewal if mutually agreed.
• Clinical work is expected  16 days per month.
• Must cover 50 percent of national holidays in agreement with second doctor.
• Expected physical presence in the NICU 6 to 8 hours per day (approximately 8-9 AM to 2-3 PM during weekdays, and flexible during weekends); the rest is from-home availability.
• There may be some outreach requirements. Time spent for outreach will be counted towards your 15 work days per month.

• 401K  dollar-for-dollar match to your contribution  from start of employment to max of $9.000.00. 
• There is a possibility to make extra on clinical services, above the fulltime clinical coverage.
