Norton Heart & Vascular Institute, located in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking a fellowship-trained or fellowship-eligible advanced heart failure cardiologist to join its expanding program. The ideal candidate will join our Advanced Heart Failure & Recovery Program, a more than 50-person multidisciplinary team that includes three board-certified, fellowship-trained heart failure cardiologists, eight heart failure advanced practice providers, two ventricular-assist device surgeons, dedicated heart failure nurse navigators, a social worker, financial counselor, pharmacist, perfusionist and ventricular assist device coordinators. Our experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers has an average of 15 years of heart failure experience.
