Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Active or eligible West Virginia licensure.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and professional excellence.
