Position Overview:
Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infectious Disease Physician to join our dynamic and collaborative medical team. We provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population across four local hospitals in Southern New Hampshire. This is a full-time position offering a balanced work schedule of 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of administrative time. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with shared call responsibilities (1:5 weeknight/weekend rotation).
Position Highlights:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations for a broad spectrum of infectious diseases, including general infectious diseases, travel medicine, HIV, hepatitis, and pediatric infectious diseases.
- Call Schedule: Share a 1:5 weeknight/weekend call rotation, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient consultations on a wide range of infectious diseases.

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Share in the on-call responsibilities (1:5 rotation) for after-hours coverage.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Infectious Disease.
- Valid medical license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure).
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
