We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team within a correctional facility. This role is critical in delivering urgent and emergent medical care to a diverse population of patients, including those with complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to inmates with acute medical conditions, injuries, and life-threatening situations.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

- Oversee triage and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

- Board certified or eligible in emergency Medicine.

- Active medical license in Georgia

- Previous experience in emergency medicine, preferably in a correctional setting.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
