Candidate Requirements
- American Society of Anesthesiologists Board Certified
- Scholarly activity in the form of publications, presentations, or curriculum development
- Prior experience as a Program Director or Associate Director is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years Clinical Practice post-residency/fellowship
- Minimum of 3 years as an active faculty member in an academic practice
- Eligibility for unrestricted PA and NY state licensure
- Possess strong administrative and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: 575K to 600K starting salary plus bonus
- 25K starting bonus with a 25K retention bonus each year for the following three years
- 15K quality/citizenship bonus annually
- Six-weeks vacation
