What You Will Need

• Completion of Residency Program
• MIS robotic trained surgeon is a plus
• Open to new graduates
• Washington State M.D. or D.O. license by the time of employment
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
