• Lead anesthesiology services across five hospitals and multiple outpatient facilities in New York and Pennsylvania, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
• Oversee a dedicated team of over 50 highly skilled anesthesia professionals, including anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and support staff.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives to enhance patient care, expand anesthesia specialties, and optimize resource allocation.
• Champion a culture of education and research by partnering with academic programs for residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Partner with senior leadership to align the department’s goals with the broader organizational vision and mission.
• Lead efforts to develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
