Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader - Full-Time | PACE Program

Our value-based PACE program allows our Primary Care Physicians to provide truly comprehensive, holistic care, so you can focus on what really matters: your patients.
We also care about our providers. That’s why we offer: We are seeking Primary Care Physicians who are Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics. Must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants.
