Job Description:

Program Overview: Our established team of doctors provides for our patients' needs for LASIK surgery, cataract surgery, and glaucoma procedures across Georgia and Tennessee. All doctors are board-certified in Ophthalmology and combined have hundreds of years of experience in helping patients. We have multiple new facilities with new equipment that is ready to sustain and grow with our incoming providers.

Candidate Preferences: We are seeking candidates who are certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology or are board eligible. This position is a full-time role open to personable physicians who are looking to make a difference in their community.

Job Details: 36 hours of patient contact, with 4 hours of admin time. The facility is open to providers traveling to various locations within the system. Schedulers/midlevel support/nurses/medical assistants are available. We are offering a full slate of benefits, including generous time off, lucrative retirement packages, and CME. 

Salary: We offer a competitive salary, with a base salary and earning structure built in. Our productivity model is also extremely lucrative for our providers, offering earning potential of well over $600k once ramped up.
