Our Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Physician Team Leader to join our team in New Jersey. (Toms River and surrounding area preferred)
- Primary Care services in the comfort of patients' homes or facilities
- Focus on the Adult Geriatric population
- Monday-Friday schedule
- The perfect balance between clinical autonomy and a supportive team environment, including Medical Assistants, Schedulers, and Clinicians
- A patient-centered and quality-focused environment
