Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current Arizona State License as a Nurse Practitioner
• Board Certification in the relevant specialty
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may be required for mileage reimbursement
• Two years of previous clinical experience preferred
