Suburban Healthcare Associates is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages. Become a vital part of our patient-centered practice and make a meaningful impact in the western suburbs, Plainfield and Naperville, IL.

We have been a physician-owned practice since 2002 and are starting a new location in Yorkville in the summer of 2025. We have 3 other locations in Plainfield, Naperville and Joliet. Our practice model is different from corporate medicine, where we value our relationship with patients and providers. We believe this model has contributed to our success and growth. This is a great opportunity for physicians who want to practice independently with mentorship. New grads are also welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions

• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Conduct routine physical exams, screenings, and immunizations

• Managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease

• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

• Valid Illinois medical license and DEA certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
