Radiologist Job at Millennium Healthcare, LLC in Ft. Myers, FL

Come join Millennium Physician Group (MPG), a multi-specialty outpatient group predominately serving primary care clinicians and some subspecialties. Enjoy no state income tax while experiencing beautiful weather all-year-round.

All available positions are near to many great Florida beaches!
• MPG radiology has openings for 2 full-time general radiologists with a Florida license. Must be board-certified or board-eligible in radiology.
• With over 900 referring MPG clinicians, we have a consistent and dependable source of work.
• No call!!! Our group has no hospital affiliation, is outpatient-only, and we are off all nights, weekends, and the 6 main national holidays.
• 10 weeks of vacation + 1 week of conference time.
• Income is 100% RVU-based. This is an employed W-2 position, and all employees earn at the same RVU rates from day 1 of work.
• Cases are divided fairly and equally each day. Expect to earn $600,000+ per year, before benefits.
• Base earned income is paid twice-a-month. Quarterly settle-up payments based on productivity.
• Benefits include: medical liability insurance, health insurance, health savings account (with employer match), 401k (with employer match), short-term disability.
• Relocation bonus is available.
• Most cases are bread-and-butter with low-to-intermediate level of complexity. We primarily serve adults
• We recently upgraded our PACS software (Fuji Synapse) and our dictation software (Powerscribe One). This software is cloud-based with server-side rendering. Our clinical EMR is Athena.

Radiologist License Certification: Radiologist must hold a medical degree from an accredited institution. Also, they must have a Florida medical license, they have to pass a certification exam specific to their area of focus. Further the radiologist must be board certified.

Job requirements
• Work onsite at one of our available locations: Naples, Ft Myers, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Fernandina Beach and Wellen Park in Venice, hybrid/remote work is also an option for the right candidates.
All radiology applicants must be able to:
• Provide interpretation of all modalities and body regions (XR, US, CT, MR, NM, MG).
Other requirements:
• You must be accurate, efficient, and productive with excellent reports. We use structured reporting for many of our exams.
• You must participate in quality assurance and review.
• You must be kind and respectful to patients, staff, and clinicians
• You will occasionally staff other nearby sites for vacation coverage
