We are currently recruiting hospitalists for our facility in beautiful Stephenville, Texas.
Requirements:
- MD or DO candidates
- Internal Medicine residency completion from an accredited ACGME program
- Board certified or board eligible candidates required
- Current Texas state license is helpful
- Familiarity with EPIC (EMR) is helpful
Job Details:
- Employed position by Texas Health Physicians Group, a group of over 100 hospitalists across the Dallas/Fort Worth “Metroplex”
- Generous compensation planned at $300,000 plus benefits package, including relocation and signing bonus, plus various incentives
- Texas has tort reform and no state income tax!
- This is a small, rural hospital with limited specialist availability
- 6-bed ICU
- Short-term vent management
- Average 12-15 patient census
- Program is staffed with two full-time hospitalists plus two night APP providers
- 182 shifts
- 24-hour shift with APP night coverage
