We are looking to add a partner to our OB/GYN team in our physician-owned, multi-specialty group. Our physicians work collaboratively and are empowered to make decisions in their practice, staffing, scheduling and more. (Urogynecology, Reproductive and Infertility are welcome.)

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $450,000 - $900,000.
  

  Practice Details:

• Well-respected team of 5 OB/GYNs, 2 Midwives, Nurses, Lactation Consultants, and Childbirth Educators
• 4 day or 4.5 day workweek options
• Practice is conveniently located near other women’s health services and just 3 blocks from the hospital
• Epic EHR
• Opportunity to do outreach and engage with students and residents 
• The facility has a DaVinci robot and the ability to perform VBACs
• On-site lab, bone density, mammography, ultrasound, stress testing and monitoring room
• State-of-the-art outpatient surgery center; Owned and operated by Quincy Medical Group
• 450-500 deliveries on average each year, divided between 4 OBs
• 1:8 weekend call and 1 weekday per week
• OB hospitalists available for backup and triage call
