Position Overview: As the Site Medical Director, you will lead and oversee the medical operations at our Valdosta location. You will work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure the delivery of top-tier patient care, promote quality improvement initiatives, and support the professional development of the medical team. This is a critical leadership role that requires both clinical expertise and management skills.


Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the medical staff at the Valdosta site.

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and standards of care.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the recruitment, retention, and professional development of physicians and clinical staff.
  • Review and analyze clinical performance data to improve quality and patient outcomes.
  • Partner with administrative and operational teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve overall site performance.
  • Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, and senior leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and resolve any clinical issues, patient concerns, or conflicts that may arise.



Qualifications:

  • MD or DO
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Georgia (or the ability to obtain one).
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with strategic planning, operational management, and clinical program development.
