Surgical Pathologist - WVU Medicine - Thomas Hospitals

Job Description

West Virginia University Health System Medical Group (SMG) is actively recruiting a Surgical Pathologist to provide professional pathology services at Thomas Memorial Hospital, a member of the WVU Health System, located in South Charleston.

Duties: The successful candidates will provide day-to-day anatomic (AP) sign-out and clinical (CP) services at Thomas Memorial Hospital.

Qualifications: Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a state medical license. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic/Clinical Pathology. Training and experience providing surgical pathology (including frozen section intraoperative consultations) and other laboratory professional services are required.
