Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a ready-made patient panel while providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.

About the Opportunity

• Location: Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH
• Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible scheduling available)
• Patient Volume: Average of 22–28 patients per day
• Diverse Patient Population: 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics
• Call Schedule: Shared with current providers

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate care
• Interest in office-based procedures (e.g., biopsies, joint injections, skin lesion removal, I&D, pap smears)
• A team player eager to contribute to a growing, patient-centered practice
